Dorm Room

 

This is her dorm room at school. Notice that her bed actually looks like a sofa. Its full of pillows of various sizes and shapes, and yes, she uses each and every pillow to sleep.   The chandelier is an applique with actual sticky gems see close up here. 

Her dorm room is neater than her room at home, I think its becuase she has a roomate and living with a total of 28 other girls forces them to stay neat and clean. Seeing her come into her own style as she discovers her taste is amazing. As a parent you certainly see the influences you've instilled, but letting them grow into themselves is a better discovery for parents.

  

Field Hockey Game 10/5/2012

This season she is playing Field Hockey. Although she has never played, she has grown to love the sport. We love seeing her on the field in full gear, face mask, mouth and shin gaurds and hockey stick, focused on her job as midfielder. (White Shirt #20) She'll start volleyball next season.
